Every Rotarian has his/her personal reasons and story as to why and when they decided to become Rotarians. The common thread is seizing the opportunity to serve others and the real desire to improve the lives and conditions of our local, national, and international communities. In this short video, Cowboy Logic, IR President Ray Klinginsmith reveals how his efforts to help his own disabled child grew into a life of “service above self” and led him eventually to lead the world’s largest and most active service organization, Rotary International.
